This enables us to efficiently complete the entire production process—from raw material processing to final assembly.
We have established multiple specialized production lines based on product type and manufacturing process, including copper parts lines, aluminum parts lines, and iron parts lines. Each line is managed by an experienced team leader to ensure standardized and standardized production procedures.
During production, we strictly implement a three-level quality control system: first-article inspection, in-process patrol inspection, and finished product sampling inspection. This ensures every stage remains under control. We also place great emphasis on regular equipment maintenance and calibration to guarantee stable and reliable machine performance.
With a well-organized production layout and efficient scheduling, we are able to flexibly handle orders of various volumes—meeting the demands of large-scale continuous production while also responding quickly to small-batch, multi-variety custom orders.

Manufacturing per Drawings
Customers only need to provide product drawings—whether 2D drafts or 3D models. Our technical team conducts a detailed process evaluation, carefully reviewing key information such as dimensional tolerances, material requirements, and surface treatment standards specified in the drawings. We then develop a reasonable production plan to ensure the finished products fully meet design specifications.
Manufacturing per Samples
For customers who provide physical samples, we can accurately restore the technical parameters and process details through precise measurement and analysis. Our Technicist conduct in-depth reserach of the sample's material, structure, and surface finish to ensure mass-produced products remain consistent with the original sample.
Throughout the OEM production process, we adhere to strict quality control. From raw material procurement to each processing step, and finally to shipment, dedicated personnel inspect at every stage.
