A European Customer – Asked for One Report, Then Stayed

few years ago, a European customer placed their first order with us—just a few thousand brass universal joints. During the inquiry, they asked: "Do you have RoHS reports?"
We said yes and sent a report from a previous batch.
The customer said: "This report is from last year. Can you test this batch specifically?"
We said yes. After production, we pulled some samples and sent them to a third-party lab for RoHS testing. When the report came back, we took a photo, sent it to them, and shipped the goods.
They've placed several more orders since then and never asked for another report. We once asked if they wanted us to test again. They said no need—just the same as before.
Now they order two or three times a year. Not a big customer, but steady.
